Cammy: A female spy, accuse her of being brainwashed.

Chun-Li: A traditional woman, accuse her of showing her crotch.

Dee Jay: A stoner, accuse him of dancing.

Dhalsim: Anyone in a Hindu tradition, tell him to venerate starving children.

Edmond Honda: An overweight wrestler, tell him to take a bath.

Fei Long: A martial arts actor, encourage them to try real tournament fighting.

Guile: A pilot, tell them to join Special Forces.

Mike Bison: A prizefighter, accuse him of killing an animal.

Vega: A military officer, accusing him of scissoring.

Violent Ken: A rich kid who's pissed off, throw something.

Oro: A retired scion of a religious movement, sell him garbage to make you his embaressment.

Q: A secret front agent, tell him exactly what you did, but not why.

Remy: A serial killer religious nutball, establish a rapport outside of their range.

Sean: Never snitch him out, just go along with him whenever he wants to talk, he'll go away.

Twelve: An elite assassin for a religious movement, inform them of any non-essential project.

Urien: A pulpit figurehead, make a moral, ethical choice, so they reveal themselves as immoral.

Yun and Yang: Any given set of goons, get them to play in a pair.

Abel: A trauma victim, steal his work and give him credit as a character.

Crimson Viper: A distraught mother, tell her where her child is.

Decapre: A physical disability, highlight the disability on screen as empowering.

El Fuerte: A menial worker, place them in a bouncer roll.

Gouken: Someone's father, call them out of retirement as a handler for a problematic employee.

Hakan: A Middle Easterner, make a joke about their children seeing them.

Juri: A rich Asian woman, comment about her eyes.

Oni: Your potential competitor, label them as yourself.

Poison: A transgender, say they're an undercover cop.

Rufus: An obese man, ask about their girlfriend.

Seth: A disposable manager other than yourself, accuse them of plagiarizing.

Abigail: A man obsessed with size, ask who gave them a name, any name, even theirs.

Ed: A convict fighter, explain the exact science of a move.

FANG: A gay man poisoner, tell them to dress in short sleeves, they cut their wrists.

Falke: A female militant lesbian, say they are a male general.

G: A Scientologist, tell them to study US Presidents.

Kolin: A religious convict, explain that her religion is for cripples, whichever prophet she picks.

Blair: A rich girl with police protection, suggest she get a bodyguard.

Cracker Jack: A cocaine dealer, suggest he join the military.

Cycloid-Beta: A computer hacker, talk to them on Text Edit.

Cycloid-Gamma: The computer hacker's scout, introduce them to an undercover.

Doctrine Dark: A political activist, ask them if they have PTSD.

Darun: The competitive foreigner, say they're the boss.

Garuda: A Triad, trick him into a Ramadan fast, with a pawn, that you set up later.

Hayate: An Alumni's son, ask him if his mother was his father's first lay.

Hokuto: A friend of a sibling of a college student, tell her a woman has been raped.

Sawada: A gangster leader, he's always the one that meditates, he blurs his hands.

Street Fighter II: The Movie (Forum):

Cyborg: A guy that comes up with animated ear worms, accuse him of stealing from other forum members.

Street Fighter Online: Mouse Generation (Parents):

Shin: A son too into video games instead of school, get them to play the game with you, old trick.  Otherwise, he needs a butt pillow in college for his chair, and everyone thinks he's a faggot, assuming he gets in.
