Judge's Clerk
Jurist Clerk Purpose:
The purpose of a judge’s clerk, is to investigate incidences and laws in any
police investigation, prior to charge, to prepare dossier to use in court for
prosecution, judge, defense, deposition, and internal affairs, in that order,
in the case of a potential arrest of any type.
Court Function: The jurist clerk performs
basic criminal profiling to determine if there is necessity of a check log on
an incident of controversy.
Potential Classifications:
Charge: The breaking of a law with incentive
involved.
Crime: An irrational act that seems mentally
incoherent.
Blue collar: An act that defrauds own personal
share.
White collar: An act that emulates historical
personage, any of them.
Summation of List: When a particular incidence
of controversy, the grounds for a police investigation, is registered through
municipal authorities (hence empowering police with emphasis to enact police
power, or an outright investigation, or any contact of police through internal
police measure), the four classes must be investigated by the jurist clerk’s
office, to determine if any actual laws have been broken. Otherwise, the
state’s case is decreased, and officers may be billetted, removed, replaced, or
detained and deported to Canadian prisons intended especially for police
officers or those acting with criminal warrant in name of state.
